Renewal from year two: €98.50 + VAT for hosting, domain, email and technical support. No setup fee.
Mailboxes carrying your own company name: antispam, webmail, calendar and sync across phone and Outlook, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured by us. Migration from your current provider is free; recovering old local POP archives is quoted separately.
Protection & support
The same systems we run across hundreds of client websites and computers. Published prices, never "request a quote". All prices exclude 24% VAT.
An encrypted copy of your files, off-site, every night, with a daily report of what was saved. Storage is counted for the business as a whole, not per computer.
Heimdal protection, installed and centrally managed by us. The user never has to decide anything — and cannot uninstall it by accident.

For a Basic or Prime package, usually 5 to 10 working days from the moment you send us your material. We show you a draft first so you can review it and request changes.
€98.50 + VAT per year. That covers hosting, domain renewal, company email, the SSL certificate, backups and technical support. Nothing else.
Yes. We hand over the credentials, a manual and training. If you would rather not deal with it, send us what needs changing and we do it at no charge.
Absolutely. The domain is registered in your name and you have full access. If you ever decide to leave, you take everything with you.
For our own clients: we clean it and restore it from backup at no charge. If your site is hosted elsewhere, we take it on for a one-off €129.
Just your computer and an internet connection. We install a small application remotely and you connect with one click. No hardware to buy, no change of provider. If your office also has a network printer or shared drive you want to reach, we cover that in the free survey.
No. We are based in Piraeus but serve clients across Greece and Cyprus. Design and support are delivered remotely, by phone and secure connection.
